The Palisades have long represented something enduring about Los Angeles — extraordinary homes, remarkable architecture and deeply rooted neighborhoods. The January 2025 wildfire changed that landscape in a matter of hours, destroying more than 6,800 structures and leaving families, businesses and communities facing an enormous rebuilding effort.

Top Line has spent more than five decades building, renovating and restoring homes with an emphasis on craftsmanship and permanence. As we begin looking west, we hope to bring that same standard of care to Los Angeles — and, in some small way, contribute to what is rebuilt next.
